Return Policy

At Scharf.co.in, we believe that customer satisfaction is the key and we strive our best to give you a great experience each time you shop with us. Our Return and Replacement Policy offers you the option to return or replace items purchased on scharf.co.in within 45 days of receipt of the product. 

In the event you receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, kindly get in touch with our Customer Support 022-6564-6533. Upon receiving your complaint, Scharf Accessories shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will take actions against such complaint and request for a replacement. Exceptions apply to certain products

You can return a product to us if it is: 

  1. Faulty/defective product
  2. Physically damaged product
  3. The product is different from description on the website
  4. Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong Quantity Received 

You will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in Your respective area within one (1) day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges of up to Rs.100/- will be reimbursed in such cases upon submission of original receipts Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by SCAHRF Accessories in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return. In the event the return complaint is accepted by us, you will get a replacement of the product or will be refunded full value of the product. Refunds will be subject to the following: 

  1. For online payments (credit card/debit card/net banking), refund shall be made at the same Issuing bank account.
  2. For Cash on Delivery payments, refund will be made via NEFT / RTGS (As per registration and Bank details provided by you). 

All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. In case of damage of defects we will replace or repair.
